This is the Dry MEE UDANG
Mostly
the local people calls the mee udang as mee banjir. Normally it comes in a few
sizes or portions such as small , medium or large and the price is according to
the size. Normally the stalls are generous with its prawns which is freshly
taken everyday from Kampung Larut.
For
your information, Kuala Sepetang is the river mouth which is also a fishing
village. That is why the prawns are so CHEAP!
There
are two variety of mee udang. One is with the gravy and another one is the dry
mee udang with soy sauce and chillies.
