HEALTHY TIPS WHILE ON VACATION

HELLO malaysiaFoodart visitors! Travel around Malaysia will make you unstoppable for eating because we have a varieties of dishes to be taste. So to get a good and healthy body while you on vacation, we have some TIPS to be shared with all of you.


1) MAKE YOUR OWN SNACKS

You can make your own bake chips @ nuts @ dried fruits to munch on the flight or drive. This healthy tidbits will prevent your from eating junk food when you are starving.





2)VISIT LOCAL MARKET

So people, Malaysia have a lots of market even at night. When you came to Malaysia, please visit our local market to stock up your daily intake of fruits. 




3) BRING ALONG YOUR WALKING SHOES

When you want to go your vacation, you need to bring your walking shoes. In Malaysia, there are alot of park that you can jog @ walk. For example, at our shopping mall Kuala Lumpur City Center (KLCC) it have park for tourist go for joging @ walking.




4) SHARE FOODS

You can share your foods with your travel buddies when you want to test out more varieties of foods in small potion. This tip is the best one when you use it Malaysia because you can try all of it!







5) DRINK A PLENTY OF WATER

When you go for travel, do drink loads of water to stay hydrate. You may avoid from drinking soft drinks and sugared beverage. In Malaysia, you may drink tap water or you can buy it from supermarket @ retail shops.
